This small work is inscribed “Robt. S. Roxburgh,” though it is unclear whether this is the name of the artist or of the subject. Found during cleanup week in April 2010, it was brought to the community collection as a refugee from the sanitary landfill. No one has stepped forward to either claim it or reveal its identity.
